That is four decades in one sentence. Tom Harding has engineered, mixed and produced for every major label, from B.B. King's Grammy winning Blues Summit and Dolly Parton's White Limozeen to ZZ Top's Antenna, Emmylou Harris, Johnny Cash, Lyle Lovett, Ricky Skaggs, Roger Miller and Olivia Newton John. Gold and platinum records along the way.

A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, Tom started as an assistant engineer at Treasure Isle Recorders in Nashville, learning his chops alongside veteran engineers and players during the era when tape was still king.

"I've never been one to stick to a single style. I'll take on anything from speed metal to country folk."

Honors include Producer of the Year at the Nashville Music Awards, Best Engineer at the Felix Awards, Engineer of the Year from the International Singer Songwriters Association in 2023, and Producer of the Year at the Josie Awards in 2025. He has judged the Tennessee Songwriters Competition, served as Chief Judge of the Indie Country Showdown, and sat as Craft Committee Chair for the Recording Academy.
